One-person studio · London

Your business needs a website, a mobile app, a game or an AI agent.
I'll build it, launch it, and keep it running.

Tell me what the business needs to do. I write the brief, design it, build it and put it live: a site in days, an app in weeks. Fixed price before I start, everything in your name at the end.

What I build

Four things, done properly.

Every project gets a written brief, a fixed price, daily progress links, and a launch you can measure. You own the code, the domain and the accounts.

3–7 daysbrief to live

Websites

For shops, cafés, clinics, trades and early startups.

  • Design, copy and build, made for phones first
  • Found on Google, and looks right when shared on WhatsApp and Instagram
  • Scores 99–100 on Google's speed tests
  • Hosting, domain, analytics, and a booking button or a link to the booking app you already use

The Green Chair barbershop site: brief to live the same day, 99/100 on mobile.

4–8 weeksidea to a first store build

Mobile apps & games

iOS and Android, from idea to both stores.

  • Unity or Swift, built to run for years, not weeks
  • Store listings, screenshots and translations, up to 100 store listings
  • Monetisation, analytics and live ops wired from day one
  • Cloud saves, multiplayer and payments when the idea needs them

15 apps of my own, 735K+ downloads, featured by Apple twice.

~1 weekfirst agent live

AI agents & automation

Agents that do the boring work.

  • A morning digest on your phone: bookings, reviews, sales, what changed
  • Customer replies drafted for you to approve, never sent behind your back
  • Posts, newsletters, translations and store listings written on a schedule
  • Built on Claude; you keep every decision

My own marketing runs on five agents that read the store dashboards every morning; my two games were translated into 15 languages by agents.

Growth & store presence

Get found, then get chosen.

  • App Store and Google Play optimisation on real keyword data
  • 100 store listings written and pushed through the store APIs
  • Analytics forensics: find what your dashboards are hiding
  • A plan you can act on, not a deck

My own dashboards were under-reporting by 30–58%; a proper pipeline found it and the plan changed.

The work

Real products, real numbers.

Four live products you can click through, and two of the systems behind them. Figures verified against App Store Connect and Google Play Console; raw exports on request.

Also live: WillPower (TV feature on Bloomberg, CNN and CNBC) and a suite of eight fitness apps, seven still live, with 138K downloads. Full list on the home page.

How a project runs

Brief, build, launch, run.

  1. 1

    Brief

A 30-minute call and a one-page written brief. You get a fixed quote and a date within 24 hours.

  2. 2

    Build

You see it grow: a live link from day one, progress notes as I go, and nothing invented that you didn't ask for.

  3. 3

    Launch

Domain, hosting, store listings, SEO, share previews and analytics. Handed over with everything in your name.

  4. 4

    Run

Fixes and updates when you need them, or a monthly check-in that keeps the numbers moving.

Questions

The ones everyone asks.

How fast, really?

A one-page business site: three to seven days from brief to live, and the last one went live the same day. An app or game: four to eight weeks to a first store build; my own Northeld went from nothing to both stores in three months, 100 store listings included. A first automation: about a week. The quote comes with a date.

What does it cost?

Every quote is fixed before I start, so the number you agree is the number you pay. Send one email with what you need and you'll have the figure and a date within 24 hours of our call.

What do you need from me?

Thirty minutes on a call, your logo and photos if you have them, and one person who can say yes. I'll write the brief and the copy; you correct it.

Who owns it afterwards?

You do. Code, domain, hosting and store accounts are all in your name from the start, so you're never locked in.

Do you use AI to build it?

Yes, openly. AI agents draft, translate, test and report; I set the architecture, review every line and make the release decisions. That's how a one-person studio ships at this pace.

What does it cost to run afterwards?

A business site like The Green Chair sits on free hosting in your own account; the domain is the only bill, about £10–15 a year. Apps pay the store developer fees in your name. Nothing to me unless you want the monthly check-in.

What if the first version isn't right?

You see it live as it grows and we change it before launch, so there is no big reveal to dislike. After launch, fixes are part of the check-in.

Do you maintain it?

If you want. The default is a light monthly check-in: updates, fixes, a look at the numbers, and a nudge when something's worth doing.
